D2H Supports – NDIS Services with Heart

Supporting the biggest transitions of life — with care, presence, and real human connection.

The Story of D2h Supports
Dying to Help (D2H Supports) was born from my deep belief that no one should have to navigate grief, loss or big life changes alone.

As an End-of-Life Doula, Funeral Celebrant, Women’s Circle Facilitator and Enrolled Nurse, I have spent years walking alongside people during their hardest, most vulnerable moments. I have sat at bedsides, listened to the silence of fresh grief, and helped the dying and their families find a way forward when everything felt upside-down.

Creating an NDIS arm to my business was a natural next step. It allows me to bring the same compassion and practical support to people navigating all kinds of transitions — not just end of life. Because grief shows up in many forms, and care should not only exist in the final chapter.

At D2H Supports, I offer compassionate, grounded support for people navigating all forms of loss, grief, change and end-of-life experiences. Whether you’re approaching the end of life, adjusting to a new diagnosis, or simply finding your way through a major life transition, I walk beside you with practical support and emotional presence.

While I am unregistered under the NDIS, I am a fully qualified Enrolled Nurse (AHPRA Registered) and End-of-Life Doula, offering services that are eligible under many self-managed or plan-managed NDIS plans.
I specialise in end-of-life and grief, but I support all transitions — because grief comes in many forms.
