As an end-of-life doula, I am here to provide compassionate non-medical support and guidance to individuals and families navigating the final stages of life. Practical Assistance
Practical support encompasses a range of non-medical tasks aimed at easing the burden on individuals and their families. This may include:

Grocery Runs: Ensuring that the household is well-stocked with essential items and favorite foods.

Restocking the Fridge: Regularly replenishing perishable items to ensure freshness and convenience.

Light Meals: Preparing or providing simple, nourishing meals that meet dietary preferences and restrictions.

General Cleaning: Assisting with light household chores to maintain a clean and comfortable environment.

Errands: Running errands such as picking up prescriptions or dropping off mail to alleviate stress and save time.

Packing Belongings: When the time comes, I offer support in packing the belongings of your loved one. You do not have to face this task alone.
Emotional Support
I offer a safe space for individuals and families to express their feelings, fears, and hopes as they journey through the end-of-life process. Through active listening and empathy, I provide emotional support to help ease anxieties and foster a sense of peace.
Advance Care Planning
I assist clients in creating advance directives, including living wills and healthcare power of attorney documents. By facilitating discussions about end-of-life preferences and values, I empower individuals to make informed decisions about their care.
Vigil Support
During the dying process, I provide companionship and non-medical support to both the individual and their loved ones. Whether it's sitting quietly at the bedside, offering comforting touch, or facilitating meaningful rituals, I am here to ensure that no one faces the end of life alone.
Grief Support
My support extends beyond the passing of your loved one. I continue to offer compassionate care and resources to help individuals and families navigate the grieving process. Whether through one-on-one sessions, support groups, or referrals to grief counselors, I am here for you every step of the way .

end of life doula fees
I Offer two 45-minute introductory meetings completely free of charge. I do this to ensure we are a good fit. no, I do not mean if I like you or not - I mean to ensure we get along. The end-of-life process is one where you need support, love, and a relationship with your end-of-life doula. It is so incredibly important to get along with them as it will impact your end-of-life journey if not. If we do not fit after these? That is perfectly ok and I understand - I will do all in my power to help find the services of another end-of-life doula for you.

Flat Hourly Fee
$75. This includes all the services above - or any others you may need that we discuss.

People of no means / low income means status
I offer low fee / no fee options for those declared persons of no means / low income means status. Everyone dies - and people all need support as they are facing this part of life.
