funeral celebrant services
A funeral celebrant is a trained professional who officiates funeral services by planning and overseeing funeral ceremonies that reflect the personality, beliefs, and wishes of the person who has died and their family. Unlike someone of the religious order (e.g. a priest or other religious officiant) a celebrant can provide a non-religious or a spiritual service that is not bound to any particular faith. This flexibility allows the celebrant to create a personalized and meaningful experience that Honors the life of the departed in a way that resonates with the family and friends.
I am incredibly passionate about crafting a funeral ceremony/celebration of life that is meaningful to you and truly reflects the way that you have lived. If someone has lived a life of fun, color, adventure, and laughter - why can these things not be reflected in your celebration of life/funeral/ceremony? Do you need balloons? colored flowers? We can talk about all these things in a meeting/phone call

Funeral celebrants offer a range of services to ensure that each funeral is a respectful, fitting, and memorable tribute to the deceased. These services include but are not limited to the below:
Services Offered
Personalized Ceremony Creation
Crafting a unique ceremony that reflects the life, values, and wishes of the person. This includes selecting readings, music, and rituals that have personal significance to the family and the departed. I understand that this is a singular opportunity to honor your loved one in a way that is as unique as their life was. My goal is to ensure that every element of the service—from the readings and music to the rituals performed—resonates with the personality and spirit of the deceased. I am passionate about creating a ceremony that aligns perfectly with how they lived and their own specific wishes.
Guidance and Support
Assisting the family in navigating the funeral planning process, offering emotional and logistical support throughout, and working with funeral homes, burial locations, cremation services and other service providers (music, catering, funeral booklet template designers etc) to ensure that all elements of the ceremony align seamlessly.
Eulogy Preparation and Delivery
Helping to write and deliver a eulogy that captures the essence of the deceased, or coaching a family member or friend to do so.
Memorial Services
Organizing and conducting memorial services that may take place weeks or months after the funeral.
Celebration of Life Services / Living Funerals
Planning services that focus on celebrating the achievements and joys of the deceased’s life, rather than mourning their death.
Funeral Celebrant Fees
My fee structure entails a comprehensive package priced at $600. Upon our initial meeting, a 50% deposit of $300 is typically due two weeks prior to the ceremony/funeral date. However, I understand the challenges that come with organizing such events, especially when you or your loved one are gravely unwell, and I am flexible regarding the timing of the deposit.
The remaining balance must be settled before the ceremony date. Once the full fee is received, I will proceed with crafting the ceremony and subsequently provide you with a draft.
Included in the fees are the unseen hours - dedicated to:
