Grief Coaching

Professional 1:1 coaching for death, dying and grief—whether you are preparing for goodbye, living with loss, or somewhere in between.

Grief is hard enough—getting support should not be.

Support that meets you where you are.

I work with people navigating life’s hardest goodbyes—whether that’s the loss of a loved one (human or animal), a diagnosis, a relationship, or just life not going to plan.
These 1:1 sessions are safe, honest and entirely tailored to you. Together, we make space for your experience—without judgement, without pressure, and without trying to rush the process.
I bring professional experience as an end-of-life doula, palliative care nurse and grief facilitator, and I meet you human-to-human—right where you’re at.

These sessions are for you if:

-
You're caring for someone at end-of-life and feeling overwhelmed
-
You’re grieving a loss—recent or long ago—and want support
-
You’ve lost a pet, a relationship, your health, or a sense of who you are
-
You want to talk about death, dying or grief in a real, practical way
-
You’re “functioning” but not really coping
Text: No two grief stories are the same. You don’t need a referral, a label, or the “right” kind of loss to reach out.

What happens in a session?

Sessions are one hour and completely guided by your needs. That might look like:
-
Talking things through
-
Making sense of complicated feelings
-
Planning for end-of-life
-
Naming what hurts (or what’s helping)
-
Just having someone hold space
This is not therapy or counselling, but it is trauma-aware, grief-literate and deeply grounded in real-life experience.
