What Are Loss, Grief & Bereavement Circles?

Loss, Grief & Bereavement Women's Circles are designed to offer a safe, supportive, and non medical / non diagnosis space for those navigating the emotional landscape of grief.

If you are mourning the loss of a loved one, a pet, or experiencing any form of life transition, these circles are here to provide the emotional support and connection that is so vital during times of grief.

In these monthly gatherings, we create a space for compassionate listening, shared experiences, and supportive practices. Each circle is designed to offer practical support while honouring your personal journey of grief - at your own pace. The circles are open to any Woman who feels the need for connection, healing, and support during a time of loss.

Who Are These Circles For?

  • Anyone experiencing grief: These circles are for Women who are grieving the loss of a loved one, a pet, or going through significant life transitions.

  • People seeking community support: If you may be feeling isolated in your grief or uncertain of how to process emotions, these circles provide an opportunity to connect with others who understand and may be able to offer emotional support and connection.

  • Those seeking non judgement: If you’re looking for ways to cope with grief—whether through connection, journaling, meditation, or simply being in a space that honours your loss and does not judge —these circles offer the support. These circles are non medical, non clinical, and not therapy - there will be no diagnosing here.

  • All walks of life: Whether you are grieving quietly or deeply, whether you want to share your story or simply sit with others, these circles are open to all who need them, say as much or as little as you would like.
